We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, which you may submit through our sites secured server. If you prefer to submit credit cards by phone, please call us at 617.822.9183, or email your telephone number to us and well call you.
If you prefer to pay by Paypal, check or money order, please make a note of that in the "comments" box of your order form and we will email you with further instructions.
Note: we add 6.25% sales tax for residents of Massachusetts.
We will notify you by email, usually within 24 hours of receipt of your order, with the shipping charge for the item or items you ordered. Of course, you may also email us for a shipping estimate before you order.
For smaller items, we ship via U.S. Priority Mail. For larger items, we use Federal Express Ground. For items too large for Federal Express (i.e., most furniture), we use BAX Global.
Please note that, depending upon the volume of orders, it may at times take up to three to four weeks for delivery, especially for furniture orders. We always attempt to fill orders as speedily as possible, but please let us know if you have particular time requirements for the item you ordered.
Unavailability of an Item:
Since we typically update our database once every 24 hours, occasionally an item may already have sold or been placed on hold without the site reflecting this fact. We will email you, usually within 24 hours of receipt of your order form, to confirm the availability of the item you ordered. Nothing will be charged to your credit card until we confirm availability of the item and your acceptance of the shipping charges.
If an item is already marked as on hold on the site, please feel free to email us to let us know of your interest. In the event that the item is taken off hold, we will notify others in the order of inquiry.
